Los Loases (reconocidos mejor en el “Vodou Dominicano” como los Misterios) son los espiritus del Vodou. La palabra “Loa” vino del lenguaje Fon, que quiere decir, “espiritu”. Son estos espiritus los que hacen Las 21 Divisiones. Cada uno de ellos tienen sus propio atributos, colores y bebidas. Los Misterios son los espiritus de aquellos que en un tiempo vivieron en nuestras tierras.
